Reporting to the Catalog and Content Manager, the Assistant Registrar, Curriculum Support is responsible for supporting evolving initiatives in both non-credit and credit programs as the university continues to expand globally. Review proposals for non-credit courses. Assist with maintenance of approval processes for non-credit courses and programs. Release digital badges to qualified students in Credly Acclaim. Support the prior learning assessment process. Enter approved course information in Banner. Produce reports concerning course information and non-credit programs. Identify and implement process improvements. Other duties as assigned.


• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-3 years’ experience in a higher education position, preferably regarding curriculum and/or transfer credit
• Experience with Ellucian Banner (course catalog preferred)
• Proficiency in and experience using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Willingness to be trained on additional systems, including via online training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work either remotely or on campus, as required
• Ability to work independently on projects
