Qualifications:

Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent terminal degree by the appointment start date in design or informatics (e.g. planning and architecture, creative technology, new media, design research, human-computer interaction, human-centered design, computation, computer science, information science, data science), or related fields; must have expertise in computational visualization; and must have knowledge in one or more areas of design practice. Candidates must have a well-developed research agenda that will inform and advance current trends in the field through creative production, experimentation, collaboration, exhibition, and/or publication.
