About the Opportunity:

The Temporary COVID Testing Site Supervisor will manage the daily operations for the testing site, including staffing, provide timely and accurate performance feedback to staff, complete timesheets, interface with participants, and prepare specimens for transport to lab for analysis. 

We are hiring two temporary site supervisors to work 24-40 hours per week, depending on business need.  Must be available M-F 8-5:30.  

Occasional early morning, evening and weekend shifts may be required to meet the operational needs of the testing center. 


The role of the Site Supervisor is primarily to ensure an excellent customer service experience for each of our participants. This requires vigilant protocol and policy adherence by every member of the testing center team. Site Supervisors have the responsibility to ensure all participants have a consistent experience. They will enforce uniform guidelines in order to maintain a professional appearance, train and reinforce exceptional customer service, and ensure the testing center staff is modeling safe behavior by following set protocols, proper mask wearing and other PPE if needed, hand sanitization and maintaining a healthy distance.

Must have the ability to be on your feet actively engaging with staff and participants for long periods is essential.


• Current, unrestricted, Massachusetts Registered Nursing (RN) license required
• Experience in human sample collections
• Experience in daily management / oversight of diagnostics or specimen collection site
• Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of management experience preferred
• Effective, demonstrated communication skills in listening, addressing concerns or issues, and following through in providing leadership under high stress circumstances.                                    • Comfortable using computers and related technology.                  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to communicate with staff and participants in a friendly, professional and respectful manner
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with “rolling up sleeves” and filling in on occasion
