Manage student records related to data management to and from internal systems (Banner, Salesforce, Liquid Office, and Admissions Systems). Manage and direct data accuracy through the use of report writing/analytical tools to meet University and Government statistical reporting requirements. Work with Information Technology Services on system needs and enhancements to meet college and student service requirements. Lead and collaborate with team members on the implementation of new systems and processes which includes pilot testing and development including communications to all constituents. Work as a team and collaborate with team members to accomplish area goals. Recommend needed changes and develop project plans to implement those changes. Develop training for various constituents and offer on an on-going basis. Manage documentation for areas of responsibility.

Work collaboratively with Academic and Administrative personnel internally and externally to support curriculum through academic policies and student services utilizing technology and information. Oversee policy compliance and work with Program Directors and Managers on exceptions. Manage and direct all registration related communications to all necessary constituents with a primary focus on one or more levels of students. Manage the accuracy of student data from Admissions through graduation. Work with colleagues to proactively analyze business processes to ensure the most positive student experience and student support. Work with policies and system updates in systems such as CourseLeaf to support catalog and other policy information. Sit on committees and participate in teams across campus to collaborate on initiatives to improve or develop new services.

Supervise, train, and evaluate staff in data entry and processing activities.


Master’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in a registrar’s office or other area of Higher Education. Knowledge of college registrar's operations with an understanding of the registrar's relationship to the university community. Possess working knowledge of the Banner student system, and its processing methods relevant to student records and registration. Knowledge and use of reporting tools and with report writing and job submissions. Excellent organization and communication skills.
