Senior Accountant Boston Main Campus
The Senior Accountant for Operations is responsible for the daily accounting operations required to manage the University’s operating budget and general ledger net assets. This position has responsibility and accountability for general accounting, reconciliations, and financial compliance for the University. This person provides assistance to the Associate Controller and the Assistant Controller in the management, preparation and administration of financial reporting. The individual prepares accounting transactions and account reconciliations, provides relevant fiscal information to the executive management team. This position is also responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of data flows from all interfaces into the Banner financial system. The Senior Accountant for Operations also supports the preparation of the University’s annual financial statements and annual review by external auditors. Associate Director, Partnerships Portland, ME Campus
This is an exciting opportunity to shape, steward, and manage relationships and programs with Roux Institute partners. These partnerships may be industry, community, or partnerships with other institutions of higher education. The substance of the partnerships may include talent acquisition and development, learning programs, and collaborative research. The Associate Director of Partnerships will be responsible for developing new partners, defining first engagements and developing follow-on engagements that grow the partnership over time. This role will work closely with counterparts across the Institute to define success and chart goals for each partnership.
Career Services and Co-Op Advisor - TORONTO Toronto, ON Campus
Under the Director of Career Service at the Toronto campus and the Director of Employer Engagement and Cooperative Education in the College of Professional Studies (CPS), the Career Services and Co-Op Advisor will create and implement career programming, networking opportunities, and co-op advising and administration for CPS learners, including work authorization paperwork, and collaboration with Employer Engagement and Career Design and the Office of Global Services. This individual is responsible for assisting students in securing appropriate cooperative education experiences across a variety of academic programs. This role will advise and coach students individually and in groups throughout the job search and application process, with a focus on topics related to career development and co-op employment search, including resume and cover letter development and review, interview techniques, and effective job search strategies.
