About the Opportunity: The Executive Assistant to the SVP and General Counsel provides direct support for the General Counsel and other designated members of the office.  The EA is the  primary point of contact and a liaison for the General Counsel's Office to both internal and external constituencies. This individual plays an integrating role across the various functions of the office to ensure that the support needs of the SVP and General Counsel are being met.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, with at least 3 – 5 years executive level support; strong managerial and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills essential. Ability to be flexible while managing multiple responsibilities. Ability to work as part of a team. Position requires an extensive time commitment. Candidates must have experience in or demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and working with diverse populations.

Salary Grade: 12
